By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms. If you have any issues or questions regarding these terms, please discuss them with me prior to paying for your commissioned piece.

II. General guidelines​

NOT first come, first serve - I will choose based on my interest and confidence in completing it.

Please provide me with visual references, especially if you have a specific idea/mood in mind - generally, the more, the better!

I will also accept detailed written descriptions if visual references are not possible.

Will do: Fanart, OCs, humanoid characters, mild gore

Won't do: NSFW, complicated designs, mecha, anthro/feral characters
III. Process

Payment is via PayPal. An invoice will be sent after commission details are confirmed.

Once the payment has been received, I will start working on the sketch using the references provided.

Once the client has approved a final sketch, I will move on to the coloring stage

Once the client has approved the colors, I will move on to the rendering stage.

At the rendering stage, only minor changes are possible (small details, filters, cropping).

The art will be delivered in a full resolution PNG file format at 300 dpi unless the client has requested something else.

Commission will be completed within a month of the first sketch. If delays to the commission arise, the client will be notified.
IV. Permissions

Commissioned art is for personal use ONLY; no commercial use allowed.

The client may NOT distribute and profit from the art in any way, such as by selling it as prints or on merchandise.

The client may NOT claim the art as their own.

The client may NOT use the art in AI/NFT/crypto
-
The client MAY use the art for profile pictures, banners, wallpapers, etc. and/or post the art on social media platforms as long as credit is given to me,
